After 9 1/2 years and 167,000 miles on my incredible Ford Escape, it was time to say goodbye � Her replacement is another Escape. After a few unpleasant visits to dealerships ( one that lasted less than 5 minutes from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out), I went to Fred Beans. Rarely do I make public recommendations, but I need to make an exception in this case. Fred Bean Ford is an outstanding dealership. Everyone greeted me. My salesman, Tom was professional and personable. I drove 90 minutes to test drive and eventually buy a car. They practice hospitality. They are honest. They don't push products. My recent purchase (Ford Mustang...woo hoo!!!) was the best experience I have ever had in car shopping.
My husband and I have bought two cars in the past when this dealership was McCafferty’s. Chip was our salesman both times and did an amazing job with selling us vehicles. Didn’t realize he still worked here so we were met by Raheel who did an amazing job with getting us what we wanted, a 2018 Escape. I just bought a brand new 2018 Ford Fusion and i couldn't be happier. The sales staff is friendly and professional.
If I could give negative stars, I would. In February 2018, I bought a used car from Fred Beans. My initial impression of the dealership was great. I emailed used cars on Sunday evening knowing the dealership was closed and got a quick response from DJ.
