Takes too long to get diagnostic testing done. Can’t get a time frame of when the part will be in. Can’t give a temporary replacement vehicle for towing.

Horrible and unethical dealership. Slips extra charges on service work calling it a “shop charge.” Regular services such as oil changes are most higher priced than other local dealerships. Some technicians don’t even have their inspection license and they treat their employees horribly. Major turn over due to the treatment of employees. Go anywhere except Fred Beans.

worst bunch of idiot's you ever will have to deal with very unprofessional and will not back any vehicle up brand new focus I have 30000 mile on it and on my third transmission they wouldn't even give me a loaner while it was being fixed went to Parsons ford very respectful people next step is ford motor company
I needed a car right away. After spending hours and days on line searching, they had the car I was looking for. Only took a short time to get the papers signed and on my way. Andy was very helpful and friendly. Hoping the future service there goes as well as the purchase.
