Bought my car from here a year ago-2019 Jeep Cherokee. Car has all kinds of issues. Call to get my car serviced and the earliest they could be me in was two weeks out. Ok fine. I have an 8am appt. I call at noon and they haven’t even looked at my car yet! Why the f* do I need to drop my car off at 8am when you don’t plan to look at it at that time? I specifically made an appt for a reason. Have been using them for servicing on my wife’s truck for the last 2 years. Brought it in for inspection and asked them to change her front turn signal bulb, it had died. I already bought a the bulbs because I was going to do it myself but decided to wait until inspection. When dropping off they asked if I wanted the cabin filter replaced as it was regular maintenance. I said sure no problem. Little did I know I just opened up my wallet for them. Ken at Fred Bean Chrysler jeep ram of Doylestown pa found me a van when no one in about a 250 mile radius could not. NO ONE! Thank you very much my dogs love it. We will send pictures when finished with the van.

Had my Promaster in for a repair in January and the technicians broke something causing the air bag light to come on. I called and they said I can bring it back in anytime and they will take care of it. I brought it back for the repair along with an inspection and oil change. They had the vehicle all day. Told me it has two recalls that can’t be fixed because they are unable to get the parts. Work performed: transmission replacement on a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. State Inspection and Emissions. Oil Change. Blinking engine lights cause lots of stress.
