We have been going to Fred Beans to service our cars since 2006. Everyone is always friendly and professional. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Just leased my new Jeep there and I'm thrilled with it!
I purchased a Ram from Fred Beans and the entire process was smooth. I worked with Zach and he made sure I got the truck I was looking for. He was extremely professional, and made sure my questions and concerns were answered. Ryan in finance made sure I got the best rate and coverage. Even after a long day, they both went above and beyond to help me move all of my things from my old truck to my new one. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My 2020 Gladiator at 60K miles had an engine issue; deep rhythmic knocks coming from the lower block and worn rod bearings. Crazy for the amount of miles. The dealer diagnosed a fixed it quickly, unfortunately out of warranty. They did a great job though!
My husband and I traveled all the way from Texas for a very specific truck that had landed at Fred Beans. Mr. Zach Fluck was amazing to work with and he made the entire process smooth and easy for us. Zach was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to not only ensure our out-of-state purchase went smoothly, but that we found our way to a phenomenal cheesesteak while we were up there! The handwritten note he mailed to us down in Texas was so thoughtful. Highly recommend Zach!
Great experience
