My Jeep Wrangler was recently serviced with 2 recalls and an oil change. Troy Milne, Assistant Service Manager at Fred Beans, kept me updated through the day with details of the recalls. They also noticed I needed a new windshield wiper on the back window, which they sent a video of so I could see that it was coming apart from wear.
