I sold Fred beans my car back in March and the process was fine and the price they offered was decently fair given market conditions at the time. The payout would be in two parts - one for the price of the car they would pay and the second for a refund on the Triton warranty. To be fair, they paid out the price of the car quickly enough and check was in hand within a week. After a couple of weeks, I reached out to the sales person to ask about the warranty refund. I would like the say thank you to Andrew the salesman and Christian the finance manager! Came from NJ to buy a certified preowned 2023 Ram 1500 Laramie, and they made the experience wonderful, no lies! Financed in house, got the extended warranties so by the time it's paid off it's still got a bumper to bumper warranty! I cannot recommend Fred Beans enough!
