Absolutely love my jeep, but service is terrible. Scheduled to have inspection, oil change, tires rotated, and front windshield replaced first appointment Wed morning. Dropped jeep off Tuesday night, as we all work. Made arrangements to pick up the jeep Wed night, had to call to find out if it was done, and wasn't. Glass company didn't show up for front windshield. Day two, glass company shows up, but doesn't replace our jeep window. Day three, its finally done. Had to make special arrangements to pick up the vehicle Friday ... read more
Great experience. Had the vehicle I wanted and was just a little bit of negotiation and was complete. Took a little while to get the financing started but was done quick.
