They could improve by being honorable and not charging outrageous prices for work. TRIPLE the costs of any other private auto shop if you go here. And don't expect them to give an inch or even care if you go elsewhere. It's unbelievable. $9,500 or more for a new transmission in a 2005 Jeep with over 120,000 miles, and they couldn't even find the previous paperwork of about 5 years ago when they worked on the vehicle.
