Shawn did a thorough job explaining to my wife what options we had available for a furnace repair and in addition called me and explained the options to me also as I couldn’t be there during the service call.
Shawn Irwin is the Frasier's technician who provided a Spring check-up on my furnace. He was very professional and personable. He pointed out some current problems and also future potential problems in a way I could understand. He pointed out a couple of options and I decided on a course to eliminate both sets of problems. The parts are being ordered and we will set up a future service call. No pressure, just facts......I like that!
Adam Ably was the technician I had today at my residence and I can tell you that Adam did an excellent job in all aspects of the services provided. His personality and technical expertise were first class and I would recommend Adam and Frasier's to everyone. Any questions I had were addressed completely and professionally. Adam is a very personable and knowledgeable young man!
