Called during normal business hours with emergency water pipe broke and flooding kitchen such that I had to close the water valve to the entire house. Had to leave voice mail. Received call back about an hour later saying they had no opening in their schedule for the day. Then she said they would add "Emergency" to the ticket and call me back later. Never received a call back.
