!!!Huge hidden charge after toilet was already apart!!! Ethan was great. He is new and should have been with somebody experienced. This is no fault of Ethan's, but rather management. To fix my slowly leaking toilet there was a $100 call fee, $100 diagnostic fee, and $300 repair fee to replace the wax seal ($500(ish) total). It was billed by the job, not by the hour. He tried replacing the wax seal several times taking 6 hours and the toilet still leaked. He then said the flange was the problem. He talked to his manager and q... read more
My hero was Shawn. Not only was he on time and knowledgeable, he was also very personable. He fixed the situation I was having with my hot water and then took the time to explain to me how my heating system worked. He left me feeling so much more at ease about how to address issues in the future and all of this at a stellar price. I will never, ever call anyone else! Frasier customer for life! Thanks Shawn!
