Showed up performed bogus tests charged $200 and refused to work on furnace which was working before they came. Now it’s not working.
We called them out because our heater was making a noise and even though we have a carbon monoxide detector that works they said we had a leak and wouldn’t work on it that we needed a 5000 new unit- Our heater has been working perfectly but after Frasier’s left we have no heat at all- I believe more than a coincidence, it feels like we paid 200 dollars for a service call not only for nothing, but now we have to call someone else to turn the heat back on or figure out what he did, so disappointed

What great customer service, I called in the morning our furnace was making noise and hot to the touch. They came out the same day to service our furnace. Their tech Joe took the time to explain the issue and got everything up and running. We couldn't be happier!
I highly recommend! They let me know when they are going to be there and showed up on time. Explained everything that needed to be done. Adam was very courteous and did a great job.
Do to unforeseen circumstances I needed to have my summer cottage furance serviced asap but had no idea who to call. Contacted a few places but they said they were to busy. When I call Frasier's they too were busy but was able to fit me in their schedule. Both the schudelers and service man were very friendly, worked with me to schedule a time I was able to be there and was reasonable. Considering I had no idea who to contact I was very please with their service and would highly recommend them.
An appointment is set and they come at that time. If delayed they call. And don’t have to wait days.
