Dan Schwanz and his assistant Ken did a fantastic job. They were prepared to install our new water heater based on the phone conversation I had with their call in desk. The work was done quickly. They had to make some modifications and repairs to the existing venting and explained everything as they went. We couldn't have asked for better service. Top notch professionals!

Prompt, professional, perfect service. Frasier’s came out the same day we called when our heat went out when other places told us they couldn’t get out until next week. With highs in the lower 30s, we couldn’t go a week without heat. Frasier’s had us back up and running before the others guys could even get here. Shawn went above and beyond to explain everything and answer all of our questions.
