While on vacation, our family needed a new tire unexpectedly. Warranty led us to Frank’s. Stellar customer service! Our car was taken care of in less than an hour. We had to stand outside as we had our dog with us; another technician came over and offered our children popsicles while we waited. If we ever need tire services in Columbia again, we will be at Frank’s!
Quoted me one price ordered tires for me and tried to charge more than the quote like 1/3 more, told them No, that’s not what I was quoted and paid what the quote was. Don’t trust them
Mother went in for a tire rotation, to come home with zip ties on her hubcaps because they broke them. The fact that they didn’t even inform her pissed me off! Never again.

I'm an out of state active duty service member with a kid that attends UofSC. She had a flat that damaged the tire. Franks Discount Tire at Bluff Road found a tire that matched the set. 4 college kids were there and couldn't change the tire by the road. Two of them were guys. Thank goodness Franks was there.
You get an automatic 5* rating for having my wife's special lugnut key on hand. Finally letting Bimbo Jones retire will keep it there. Great people and honest prices. I highly recommend FDT!
Bimbos gone he was good however went by and need an oil change I was told 45 min well over two hours later still waiting
