I called this morning and the local number i called told me to come by now and they could patch my tire. I said that i would be happy to make an appt and they said to come now. I have been here for three hours. My one tire is not patched yet. An older gentlemen walked in 45 minutes ago, asked his tire to get patched, they told him 30 minutes and he just left. How are you a tire and brake shop and not have brakes in? I’ve been here almost 3 hrs for an appointment and then I’m told they don’t have my brakes. Oh did I mention I had to ask where my car was and how long. The girl in the front has the nastiest demeanor and attitude. She is very luck that I’m working on my temper and attitude because I would have checked her. The only thing she did was walk around and fling her hair. Get a hair band and put it up.
