We called about a price to service our Jetta. After being told $60 on the phone we made an appointment to have it done. After arriving at our appointment we were told that we were given the wrong information and it would be $80. So after up charging us $20 we had to sit and wait a good hour or more after our scheduled appointed time. Went for two tires- after an hour they were done only for me to drive off and realize they replaced the wrong two tires. They made it right and I told them I would be back within the month for my other two tires. Called, made the appt, but needed to move it up to earlier in the afternoon. I understand they had other people with appointments, but I have yet to get a call back from the manager which I requested on Thursday. They definitely do not move quickly...

I called and asked if a tire was available and they advised yes. I then asked what is the wait time and was told an hour and a half. Approximately 15 minutes later I arrive. I was told they are unable to due it today. The manger tried to blame an off site person even though he admitted to speaking with her directly while I was on hold. Classic bait and switch. 8 am app turns into maybe 12 noon and i was there early with a ref work order #.very disappointed
They advertise that they fix flats, rotate and balance your tires for free when you purchase your tires through them. What they don’t tell you is when you take your vehicle in for just that you have to leave your vehicle with them for 6-8 hours. That’s right “they’re short staffed”, ask the manager and he will tell you just that. My daughter had a flat and she left it with them at 9 am.
