Franklins have moved us from England to France and back again in the last year. Each move has been professional and timely, with friendly, knowledgable staff. We stored our furniture back in the UK whilst we were waiting to sell our house in France and that too was very reasonably priced and arrived on a date we asked for. Again, very helpful, friendly, fast working staff. Highly recommend them for their service with removals and for their outstanding customer service throughout.
Fairly good service until you find out they have lost many of your belongings. When they delivered everything to a storage box in Wales they started to put things in methodically but then they just started throwing stuff in and in the process things were broken and because of the mess they created we were unable to enter the storage unit to check our belongings. Used Franklins for a recent move from UK to France. They were brilliant. Very reasonable and professional. The two guys who came over were great. Paul and I think the other chap was George. Can’t recommend enough. Don’t waste your time looking at other companies. Franklins are the best.
