Dealer seemed friendly and helpful with a nice range of cars for various pockets place was very clean and tidy recommended .
Just wow! From the minute we walked in, Emma was there to greet us warmly. We hadn't made an appointment and had only planned on having a quick look. The car we had wanted to view was there, sparkling clean after a fresh polish. Emma even apologised that she'd missed a bit. Bought a car with apparently full service history. Took it to KIA. There was no service history at all so automatically my 7 year warranty was voided. Contacted Mark who just shouted at me, telling me it’s not his problem, he doesn’t want to hear it about it and accusing me of loosing the service book when I never took any documents out of the car. Excellent service from Mark. Everything went like clockwork, from a personalised video of the car to delivery of it. Great first car for our daughter. I would definitely recommend Franklin Monk Motors.
