The Franklin Marriott is an Excellent Hotel with 5 Star food service. Chef Hayden Haddox is a Master at Food Preparation! He has a very qualified Staff!
Great stay . .My only complaint was that, I informed several staff that my sister had an allergic reaction to the soap, as she is allergic to orange oil. But nothing was done . .one young man did give me some benadryl which we were thankful. Since we stayed 2 nights I would have at least wanted a different soap option for her.
I worked in this hotel for almost 5 years and I have never had a problem with a guest but my manager, John Davis, started to try to get me in a problem more often after I had a dispute with his wife. Eventually he got me fired for no good reason. This is discrimination. Where is the Freedom. I'm Mariam kastor
Beautiful hotel. Wonderful service. No free wi-fi though.
