I absolutely love Franklin Ford! I was having service done to my car and the valet service picked it up and dropped it off when it was finished. Amanda kept me posted throughout the whole process. Sabrina picked up and delivered my car back to me when it was finished. I highly recommend Franklin Ford to anyone. I bought my car there. I have my service there and the people there are amazing.

I have a few other ford service centers that are more conveniently located for me; however, Franklin Ford service has always been much better, and worth the extra drive! I brought my car in for routine service, as well as a headlight issue. I mentioned when calling to make the appointment that I was planning to wait for the car, and they let me know it would likely be a long time due to the issue with the headlights, so I was able to plan ahead for a ride to work.
