Terrible Service Experience – Poor Communication and No Accountability I had an extremely frustrating experience with the service department at Franklin Ford and would not recommend them. I scheduled an appointment for a software recall on my Ford Bronco. I absolutely love Franklin Ford! I was having service done to my car and the valet service picked it up and dropped it off when it was finished. Amanda kept me posted throughout the whole process. Sabrina picked up and delivered my car back to me when it was finished. I highly recommend Franklin Ford to anyone. I bought my car there. I have my service there and the people there are amazing.
Everyone i talked to were very helpful and informative.
