The whole experience! From the moment I walked into the reception area until I exited the treatment room I was greeted with smiles and a gentle touch...NO pain, abruptness nor sense of needing to hurry me out! I was treated with respect and everyone made sure I understood what to expect. The process and expense were explained very clearly and both Dr Maizan and his backroom staff were kind and caring.
I had a minor emergency and even though I had never been there before they worked me in and took care of the problem in a short period of time. I will be using them as my primary dentist from now on!
The staff are most friendly and professional! They make you feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend this office !! Thank you Franklin Dental Care!
