Great experience. I have full denture implants that need to be replaced. I had a ton of questions and they were all answered. The doctor and his staff took the time to explain what needed to be done, how long it would take and how much it would cost. I signed up to have Dr. Maizan do the work before leaving the office.
I would not recommend him to anyone. Sadly, you note in my dental records that I was mad when I left. However, you left out the details as to why. I was there for a cleaning and had a two-hour window of time before returning to work. I didn't get my cleaning and had to leave. Question yourself if perhaps you may be overbooking appointments. Patients' time is valuable. Be clear when communicating. Slow down and stop rushing. Dr. Kaiser was friendly and pleasant when explaining the procedure.
