I had some scarry problems with my secondary vehicle, a 1999 Honda CRV. I had no idea what was causing the vibration and I had a serious oil leak. They did a complete check of my vehicle and printed out a list of what was causing the problems. Georgie, a lady who has worked there for years and is extremely knowledgeable, explained each problem to me and gave me options for what could be done. I got a better price then two other places I checked. I'm sold!!! I will never take my cars somewhere else again.
My wife and i bought two vehicles this year. I got 2012 tacoma she got 2015 rav 4. We shop 3 dealerships and got the best deal at Frankfort Toyota. I know their service dept is the best, and the sales staff made the deal didnt preasure us. I was very pleased with the staff going over the functions on the Rav4 limited. Im not the easiest to please when it comes to vehicles. Great job folks
I took my 2012 Corolla in to get an oil change. I wanted to see about getting an SUV and with help from Greg Woods, I was able to leave with a brand new 2016 Rav4!
