I did not have a positive experience. I brought my car in to be serviced when I came to picks it up I had questions and I felt as though no one wanted to answer my questions I was told that when I received the call about my car being ready that I should have been told about the issues. I told the person helping me that the person I spoke with on the phone only told me about one issue.
