Besides Beth Kaiser in the service department, I have never been treated so poorly in my 22 years of being a customer! They did my husband and me wrong, and now my vehicle is worse off after they had it for 34 days!!! I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General of Kentucky, and the Toyota Dispute Settlement Operation Center.
