I recently purchased a new vehicle on Saturday and as a first time car buyer the process was made so easy by the amazing team at Frankfort Toyota. David Burnside helped me out throughout the whole process and made it easy, comfortable and worry free. He was able to find the perfect vehicle for me within my budget, and I love the vehicle so much. And Dana Arnold helped to find the best rates for me. The whole atmosphere really is like a family I will definitely go there for any vehicles I may need in the future.

Would not hesitate to purchase another vechile from Frankfort Toyota. I picked out my Explorer negotatied a price and was out in less than an hour. Had a small issue come up, that was no fault of Frankfort Toyota, called Billy Gorth. He sent my sales rep, Steve Tewell, to pick up my car and had it fixed and back to me within 3hours. You cant find customer service like that in todays world! Thank you! Ill be back to get my daughter a car soon!

We jokingly told Bill Spillman we were looking for a "rare and unusual deal." He laughed and, a couple hours later, I was driving off the lot in my new (used) car. The whole team was great to work with from beginning to end, having dealt with both Bill and Chris Napier, and I will without a doubt be back to this lot in the future if I ever want to purchase a new car. Will probably be a few years down the road though...my current purchase will last a while. :)
I talked to Bill Spillman again about a new corolla. Bill is very helpful in answering all my questions. My wife and I have taken up quite a bit of Bills time therefore we will be coming to Frankfort Toyota in the spring to see Bill Spillman and give him every shot at our car buying!
