Frankfort Toyota has terrible customer service. They do not stick to their prices. I found a wonderful deal on a 2017 RAV4 XLE AWD Hybrid and upon inquiring about it was told the price online was incorrect and the car was really $3,000 more than listed. I was then given the link to pre-owned vehicles when I said I did not want to pay $3,000 more. Computer glitch or not, this dealership should have owned up to their mistake and honored the price listed online.

I have always been treated well for service of my vehicle-top of the line service. Beth Kaiser helped me this week and was exceptional.
