We used Frank just over a year ago to add a rainfall shower to our en suite. He quoted a little more than others but as he was a referral we went ahead with the work which was completed and finished as requested. Unfortunately a month or so later the valve started squeeking when hot water was used and I struggled to get hold of Frank to re visit despite him offering 12 months on work.
