Me and my partner recently moved out from a rental flat that was with frank schippers. We had many issues which were not addressed including issues with the roof which were never resolved! This led to mould issues which they then tried to blame on us as “lifestyle” issues. This was very unprofessional. The issues with the roof were reported soon after moving in and were not fixed in the time we were there for over a year. Absolute superb service yet again from Frank Schipper and the team. Very professional, always there to give their advice, no issue too big or too small. Would 100% recommend them.
Dreadful estate agents. Their key practise is overvaluing properties promising unrealistic sale prices to obtain listings. This then trapping sellers who are not aware of their tactics into long sole agency contracts forcing them to reduce the price to ensure a sale, essentially doing their job for them. Just have a look on Rightmove at all of their listings, all you will see is REDUCED REDUCED REDUCED REDUCED due to their unrealistic pricing especially during a period where interest rates are at a 20 year high.
