I sold my lovely family home with Frank Modern. The key differences between them and other agents was the level of care and detail. They really worked on prospective buyers to get them to a sale position. Everyone in the team is clear what their role is and they work hard to do that it brilliantly.
We purchased a house though Frank Modern. They were very professional, they set up a WhatsApp group and we were given regular updates of all aspects of the chain. Morgan was very approachable and put us at ease throughout the process.
This is the 6th house I have bought in the last 14 years and this experience by far has been the best. From start to finish Morgan has been absolutely brilliant and we have been kept updated on the house purchase throughout. She has gone above and beyond our expectations. I have promised my wife we are not moving again, but if we did, then without hesitation I would use Frank Modern!
