Has to be the worst letting agents for customer experience that I have ever had to deal with. I would strongly recommend as a landlord or tenant you avoid this office.
This branch shouts at customers I recently enquired about a property with this branch and found the experience extremely unpleasant. Due to poor signal, when I politely asked a female call handler if she could kindly repeat one of her questions, I was met instead with an impolite, rude outburst – she proceeded to shout every single word at me at the top of her voice.
