I cannot recommend Frank Innes in Burton-Upon-Trent at all and would give them no stars if I could. My daughter has recently rented a flat through this branch. I have dealt with several letting agents previously as I have properties which I rent out myself and I can say this is the worst letting agents I have ever come across! I would highly recommend Amelia Bland if you are looking for a mortgage adviser, she is very thorough and very helpful. She is always happy to help with everything if you need it. She takes her time to explain everything and breaks it down for you to give you a good understanding. I would definitely use her again in the future.
Very helpful and responsive service throughout. Brandon and the team were always there to answer any queries and push things along.
I needed a house urgently and rented a house within a few days. Eden was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process.
