I found a used car for sale on line @12 days ago. I asked for a price and confirmation of the mileage. Before they ever answered my questions, they started the usual dealer BS COME DOWN, WE’LL TALK Then I continued to receive texts about Black Friday Deals Never did I receive a BLACK FRIDAY price. Today I receive another text, asked for the price again. Now I was advised car is sold. Poor salesmanship , I won’t consider this dealership for anything.

I walked in with an offer from truecar in hand and preapproved financing from my credit union to leave in a new car this morning(November 2, 2019) I knew what I wanted (2020 veIoster turbo ultimate DCT) and expected the whole transaction to be quick and painless.
