The most ********* dealership and company I have ever dealt with. The amount of sleazy sales, disrespect, and disloyalty. I'm very disappointed in my buying experience. Below details a sequence of events in hopes the dealer improves, and/or buyers avoid.1. I researched the exact car I wanted and made an appointment. The service at Frank Hyundai is terrible. I would give them 0 stars if that was possible on Yelp. They place no priority on customer service and, after 4 months of no updates, have been ghosting me about the status of my warranty repair.The main battery in my plug-in hybrid Sonata failed, making the car unsafe to drive. I WAS SOLD A LEMON!!!! I purchased a 2016 and 2021 car the same day! Well 8 hours of us being at the dealership, which wasnt our fault but the paperwork done by an associate, we finally leave. As we were leaving I noticed something was off with the 2016 when driving so the next day I called to have my car looked at. They told me the earliest I could bring it in was two weeks. I made an appointment for my car to be checked. At first I was told 24 hours and said so on the confirmation email. When I called the next day, to see how my car was doing I was then told 48 hours wait because they are low on staff and the guy that was supposed to see my car hadnt seen my car yet. This is absolutely the worst car dealership ever! I am now considering trading my beloved Hyundai in for a different make just so I don't ever have to deal with then again. I should of learned from the awful buying experience. I am now having problems with the steering system. I have been told in order to just diagnose I have to leave the vehicle for 24 - 48 hours. After picking up my kids on our way home my 2014 Santa Fe suddenly has no acceleration I was nervous for my kids! It was raining and my kids were scared. I towed my Car to Frank Hyundai in National City. They said itll take 10 business days to get fix. I asked if they provide a loaner car and they said the car needs to be diagnosed first and then theyll put me in a loaner car waiting list! RecommendedI had a GREAT experience at the dealership. I went expecting, well, the usual bad experience and I came away pleased. Mario was 100% helpful, respectful and made what we needed to happen, happen. I left with the exact car I wanted to purchase, and was able to trade in my underwater older Hyundai.
