It's hard to think of a more unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and unprofessional staff than those at Frank Hyundai. It was particularly frustrating trying to work with Mario Martinez, the Director of Internet Sales there. He's misinformed about many of the aspects of buying a car in California and registering it in another State, which I wanted to do. I ask them to check my credit before I came in to by a car they said everything was fine made me drive their car from there back lot 4 blocks away it was all dirty covered with dirt, than told me my credit was bad Total Scam. reporting to the BBB F+++
They told me the only way to fix my car key was to sell me a new one and program it for over $300. Good thing I didn't listen. I bought the rubber part for my key on Ebay for $26 poped out the old one and glued in the new one. The key is fixed now.
I had a uncomfortable experience with the service department this morning. I actually left. Eddie was very rude and told me that Hyundai doesn’t want to pay for repairs if they don’t have to and that I can leave. I was not acknowledged by anyone and when I was by the same guy twice I was rudely told to wait in my car. I am not happy about this and honestly I don’t want to ever go back. I should have never bought my car from them
Bought my 2020 sonata here, worst mistake! Terrible dealership, high pressure add ons in financing. Financing messed up my package and I recieved a letter in the mail stating they're taking my car back after 4 weeks of ownership. Only to find out they reported my income wrong. Now financed with hmf no problem!!. Puncture in passenger seat at delivery, that has never been addressed after multiple calls. Everyone was cordial and very professional.
All I can say is that I was mislead by the sale’s manager telling me an amount of down payment that I needed which I though it wasn’t bad amount. So the next day I called the the person who helped me out Alex and let him know that I had the down payment and told me he will get together with the sales managers to come up with a deal. Hours later I get a call back from Alex telling me that I need an additional 1500 to be able get the car. I was very upset and disappointed I for sure wont be coming back nor do I recommend it. I found a car on True Car in Frank Hyundai’s inventory. I called to verify availability & it was confirmed. I responded to a text from salesman #1 that I’d go see it yesterday, but didn’t make it. I made an appt. for 9am next day with salesman #2. Running late confirmed on my way with salesman #3. Showed up to see the car to be informed it wasn’t ready for inspection (not yet serviced or cleaned) by salesman #4. After much waiting I was able to view car “as is” but not test drive.
