I found a car on True Car in Frank Hyundai’s inventory. I called to verify availability & it was confirmed. I responded to a text from salesman #1 that I’d go see it yesterday, but didn’t make it. I made an appt. for 9am next day with salesman #2. Running late confirmed on my way with salesman #3. Showed up to see the car to be informed it wasn’t ready for inspection (not yet serviced or cleaned) by salesman #4. After much waiting I was able to view car “as is” but not test drive. Made an appointment to have AC checked. Checked in at 7:45 a.m. absolutely no communication from office. Called two times to inquire about the status of the estimate, only to be told rudely both times, I said I would call when I had an update. 😟 Finally received a call back at 5:00 p.m. when I was on my way to just pick up my car. Stepped in office, got AC estimate for repair, plus an estimate of over $1600 in miscellaneous repairs suggested for my car. From windshield wipers to all 4 tires that had a 1/32 tread. I'm typically not a person to complain but this has to be the worst costumer service I have ever received. I got nothing but a complete run around. Stood outside after being told someone would help me shortly, for 20 before I decided to leave. Oh did I forget to mention this was my 2nd day in a row at this facility. If I could give any advice, take your business elsewhere.
Though you may have secured a great deal on a new car from Frank Motors much less Frank Hyundai dealership, buyer beware! Don’t provide personal protected information such as your Social Security Number especially when you have an approved and valid Bank draft note from any well known financial institution to fill out and sign to purchase the new car without using the dealership’s financing or Hyundai’s financing.
