The service department was very courteous and helpful when I brought my car in for the first time after explaining to them the awful I wad treated at Kearny Mesa Hyundai. I felt so much better and very comfortable about returning for all my future maintenance on my 2018 Hyundai Sonata.
Service repair coverage. When I bought my vehicle, I have since taken it to Frank Hyundai for the paid 100k service which is basically oil changes and tire rotation. Well , every time I have brought my vehicle in for this service they want to charge me for it? I really hope that the extended $100 deductible for mechanical repairs is honored...

I found a used car for sale on line @12 days ago. I asked for a price and confirmation of the mileage. Before they ever answered my questions, they started the usual dealer BS COME DOWN, WE’LL TALK Then I continued to receive texts about Black Friday Deals Never did I receive a BLACK FRIDAY price. Today I receive another text, asked for the price again. Now I was advised car is sold. Poor salesmanship , I won’t consider this dealership for anything.
They were great! Friendly. Worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. Sasha was amazing!!! Overall a very great experience.
