New Focus has a hesitation. Was told transmission needs to learn how I drive. If after 4,000 miles it doesn't know. How long does it take? Reflector was missing from right front door. Was told to go to parts and buy one it is not a warranty item. It was never there. Salesman said he would try to get one. Now won't return calls. CAN'T NOT RECCOMEND THEM AT ALL.

I recently left my car for recall service and when picking my car back up later noticed that my key fob is damaged and it wasn't that way before because I noticed as I took my key off that it was in pristine condition can someone talk to me about this problem who should I contact about this problem

I recently purchased a new Ford F150 pickup thru Traci Wilkins at Fletcher. She worked hard to earn my business, and retained a very professional manner, while allowing me time to make up my mind what I wanted to do with no pressure. Since we were out of town when our problem happened I thought I would swing into this dealership for help. I can't say help is what I received, I received a coarse service advisor who was obviously too busy to be concerned with my problem. Hopefully they don't treat everybody this way and he was just having a bad day but first impressions are important to me.

Very bad experience with an employee on warranty work on two occasions. No response from anyone when it was reported by phone call and survey return. Not pleased with their customer service at all!! Service after the sale is not good.
Great place to buy a Ford bought 2013 C-Max there in Dec 2012 from Tim Kivett see him for a great deal.
The most amazing group of people!!! The knowledge they have isn't a pitch! It truly is their experience of years that they speak from. Theres no BS! All straight shooters! Our sales man "Shawn" worked hard as hell to find just what we wanted over the last few weeks! He was straight forward and never once gave me any run arounds and dealt wonderfully with all my quarks!
