Went in for oil change an tire rotation on my truck came out with two scratches in paint on fender from belt buckle a nail in my tire .I go back in a week for them to fix tire at my cost an they broke the chrome cap when I asked them what they were going to do about it the service kid Billy said it was like that when it came in.well it wasn't because I had to check that tire everyday till I got it fixed an putting air in it I would have seen that ,they tried to tell me it was scratched ....No its broken in two places where t... read more
Today I purchased a new Ford pickup from Ted Scibor. Ted was very knowledgeable about the trucks,patient with my many questions and cared about getting me the type of truck with the options I wanted. Had a sales manger tell me a "your a fucking lier" when trying to trade my old truck in on a new f150 had all the paperwork on my old truck and refused to look at it and said that to me. I will not buy from them or any other fletcher car lot!
