Had my vehicle in for service and was blown away by the experience. Lauri was extremely helpful and followed through with everything she said she would do. I was told the time it would be finished and they called me and had it done ahead of schedule! Thank you to Lauri and Keith for giving me a great experience today!

Yes the building is clean and they have a good selection of vehicles, but to be honest, it could be the dirties building that I have ever walked into, and the staff would still draw me in. So after spending 2 full days trying to purchase a car from here I got it and immediately started having problems. As soon as I drove it the brakes were bad, and I had a lot of electrical issues. I called and the lady said the brakes were probably just doing that because of sitting on the lot. And now my starter goes out. I take it to them and I already knew it was the starter but they ran a diagnosis and charged me $89 just to tell me that's what it was when I already knew it was that. I would not advise anyone to purchase a vehicle with fletcher auto group. I personally bought my car from the ford lot, I saw it in another comment that the sales men are great and I would agree with that. My issue is with everything else, they seem to pride themselves on customer service which after you purchase the vehicle apparently goes out the window... Imeadiatly after I bought the car it started to have a squeek come from the front strut. I took it in and had them look...Continue Reading
They have terrible customer service and if you have a recall they are impossible to get a hold of also they will leave oil all over your car! Terrible never shop here
