Highly recommend any of the Fletcher lots. My 1st Escape was puchased thru the Nissan lot...it was totalled due to being hit by a Dodge Ram. 1 week later, my 2nd Escape was purchased thru the Ford Lot. Absolutely love the service..love the Escape...the employees are wonderful! Thank you Sebetha!!

So far fletcher ford has done a fair job of trying to work with me. they do like to make money witch i under stand.will see come Monday if they can close the deal!

If all your interested in is the price of a vehicle, then this is your place. Service after the sale is a total myth at Frank Fletcher Ford. It took six phone calls and 3 personal visits over 3 weeks to get a rim that was defective on a new car replaced. Was promised that they would replace all 4 rims, but when I got there to have the replacement done I was informed by the Service Writer that the General Manager said only the one wheel was going to be replaced even though the Sales Manager put replace all wheels on work orde... read more

Had an appointment for repair at 10:30 called to check on my vehicle at 1:30. They haven't even started working on it. It's bad enough a shock blew at 17K miles, but what's the point in scheduling an appointment if it isn't honored.

I had some issues with you guys at first but Steve helped take care of me with the issues I had. I am highly satisfied and more than likely will continue to buy at fletcher ford!

We bought our car here and absolutely love it. We had a lot of issues with paperwork and poor communication. One of the managers eventually got things straightened out. Overall the people are friendly, but need to work on communicating with their customers better. If they would have been up front and honest about the paperwork a lot of running around and phone calls could have been saved.

I had a appointment to look at a vehicle to since when I stop in last night and the salesman justin McClure told me it won't be ready until today so called first thing this morning set up appointment since he said it would be available for sale at 2 pm so I drive hour and half to dealership. And at 215 as I was coming into to town he calls and say I'm sorry it was sold over a hour ago . Please tell me what kind of sales crew does this store have you don't do that kind of sales to your customers who have made all arrangements... read more
