Shane Merrill gave my wife and I the best Sales experience we have ever had.
Often times when you're car shopping, especially as a female, you have a presumption that car dealers are just out to get your money and don't really care what happens after the sale. Not this guy... Shane was an amazing salesman that truly had my best interest at heart and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and continues to keep in contact to ensure that everything (after 3 years) is still going well! If you're looking for a new vehicle, go see Shane, you won't be disappointed!

The Sales Dept is fine, have bought 3 new cars since 2010 from Ted. The service dept, on the other hand, needs some serious help. I am scared every time we bring our cars in for service that we will get them back with something wrong, which has happened several times before.
I bought my Ford F-150 at Fletcher Ford and I tell you what that was the best experience i ever had. Even though i live out of state I will definitely go back just purchase another truck from Fletcher Ford. Fletcher ford made the process simple and easy for me.
