I went to see Frank a few times a couple of years ago, for sports massages, when I was suffering with muscle spasms in my back. He's a really nice guy, very knowledgeable and thorough, he gives really good advice, shared links for various strengthening bands and foam rollers. He's friendly and really easy to chat to, nothing seems too much trouble and he's competitively priced. Thanks for your help Frank
Frank has been my go to for many years and would not use anyone else ! He is professional and cures the problem with his experience and also the advice he gives to help is above and beyond I have recommended many friend's and colleagues and every one has been more than happy ! Great guy, great knowledge great service. If you have an issue / injury call and your pain will be gone !!
