I am a tennant at one of their properties. I placed a call because my AC was out. They had someone out here the next day and he said the whole unit needed to be replaced! It would take "a few days." The next day the same guy was back out to do a bandaid fix on our AC. We were told to only run it about 5 min at a time due to a fire hazard! It is now 6 days after the first original call my AC is dead again and I have yet to hear about a new replacment or even a courtesy call from managment.

I agree HORRIBLE service. They say one thing but they cant follow with it. I called in for maintenance and asked them to call me back. They never did. I wrote them a nasty letter and they said that they never did receive the call. As far as to have the newly acquired property put online. Takes for ever' Months... and still not up. I do not recommend doing business with Bennett Property Management.

I agree with the other person! I have been trying to call and see a home for the past almost 2 MONTHS!! I am not kidding! I got a call from 1 person but never got a call back. I even talked to the mananger and she said that she would let "Sandy" know. But to this day I have not yet heard from any one! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! They dont deserve even one star!!!
