You guys think that you had it bad well let me just tell you that when we moved in our neighbors informed us that our house was used as a drop house it was raided 6 month prior of us moving in, it has all new appliances and new floors but I just wished I should have asked the neighbors first about the neighborhood

If I could go in the negative for stars I would. These people are slum lords. They rented us a house infested with mice, roaches and termites. Once we realized it after signing the lease. We begged to ask them to exterminate. They had one guy come out and give us two traps and told us to put them against the wall, they are bated. We did not catch anything with those, but at least 8 with the glue traps that you buy at Wal-Mart.Daniel was the property manager and Ann (the broker) would not speak to me except for directing me t... read more

I should have read these reviews before renting from these people back in May 2008. I thank you ALL for your honesty and integrity. The manager we have is an absolutely rude troll who seems to enjoy being mean and nasty. They are too strict and unreasonable when it comes to making arrangements to pay rent, especially after I lost my job. I wrote a letter to the owner himself, explaining that this managers behavior was very rude and unprofessional, and I never received a response.
