Truly horrible company. They take forever to respond to repair requests, even when it s something serious like a water leak. They blame everything on the owner and take no responsibility for any issues. Save yourself the headache and stress and money and stay away from this company. After this many negative reviews I can t believe they re still in business.
I would not rent from this company ever again. I moved in the house was dirty and yard not done. I then get a fine from homeowners for the yard, which I was expected to pay. I was told when signing the papers that if I paid my rent on time for a year my rent would go down not only was it not true, my rent increased \$100. They are not willing to fix stuff in the house.
