Bennett is literally the worst company we have ever rented from. They show you the house. It looks good and what not. You move in and everything falls apart. They dont clean the house prior to you taking it. But expect you to clean it and professionally clean the carpets when you move out. Once you realize all the things going wrong with the house..in our case has been since day one and many issues..you advise them of it and they really dont care. Dont ever rent from these people. They will never return your phone calls and they have false advertising. They said the property came with a pool and the response was ask the neighbor for the key when you want to go to the pool. They screwed me on my deposit. Ginny will not return your phone calls at any time and you get charged for things that were wrong with the property when you first moved in. I talked to management and they were of no help either. They left bags of garbage for me to clean up when I moved in and then ch... read more

Bennet2rent is the worst property management company you can deal with.They will never return a phone call , or reply to your email.I was trying to work with them for almost a year , and Im sorry I did not left them year ago.Try to avoid them , or it will be very bad experience, if you a tenant or home owner.
