Depends on the day and how much the er nurses have to talk about is to how quickly you get in and out....doctors and labs were quick and everyone was nice but there just seemed to always be a bunch of nurses standing around laughing and talking loudly
Had both my knees replaced. Staff is caring, Friendly and very helpful. I've always been pleased with all my St. Francis Staff.
It was a pleasant experience meaning staff was friendly. I just wish that the people who do IVs didn't hurt you in the process. Other than that it was good.
