I am here now and it is filthy. My nurse complained about me going to the bathroom. I am on bed that has NO SHEET ON IT. . no blankets were offered to me. At all! The floors are disgusting. Drawers are not even shut. I didnt come in here for covid but I am afraid I may have contracted it now. I am in here for stroke symptoms, vision changes, and have received no attention . I signed up online for an appointment they said the wait was 15 minutes. Been here 45 minutes and STILL waiting for a dr. I won’t come here again!!! Signing up online is a joke. Doesn’t get you seen any quicker! Why bother!!
Your emergency room is not for emergencies!!! We shouldn’t have to wait 5-6 hours to be seen in the emergency room!!!!!

absolutely terrible. Ann culotta was the worst physician or assistant I have ever met in my life. they even weighed my daughter wrong. How do you not weigh a child correctly? refused to give antibiotics and the infections turned way worse. thanks for nothing. i will never recommend this place to anyone. I love Franciscan in general but this urgent care needs new people.

Emergency sucks. Fell frontwards and hit front of my face. Bleeding open nose and lip. pressure higher than usual waited like an hour to see the first nurse, then another 45 mns to see the next one. Finally X Ray's then waited another hour for Doc. Still bleeding. I will probably see the Dr until 2 am. Not happy.
