Excellent care. Friendly, compassionate and no judgment! I'm not good at following my doctor's orders. When I go to ER, I usually get eye rolls for whatever I haven't been doing or taking. Not today, these folks were extremely nice.
Was slow when I got there was in and out in less than 30 mins. Dr took time and was very nice. Glad there is after hours clinic to take care of us on weekend and later evenings
All the staff were wonderful very nice and polite ❤️❤️❤️ The the gift shop gentlemen was very nice and very helpful 💙💙
Everyone was pleasant except the nurse named Angie on the blessed beginning units. She shewed us like we were some sort of dysfunctional family and she shoved my niece out of the room 307 when all she was doing was taking my other niece a balloon she we didn't have to carry it around. She then slammed the door in her face. She was completely unprofessional and to me she seemed like she is not a people person what so ever. She was great with my niece that gave birth but the rest of the family we were treated extremely rudely.
They took excellent care of Larry, from the first appointment, pre-op exams right through the surgery!! They treat us like family!! His first walk after both knees were replaced went very well! The food is great, he loves the strawberry salad, with raspberry vinaigrette + chicken!!
Could be better... the nurse Karen was awesome in the ER! I just wish they would actually treat you with meds instead of thinking everyone is a druggie..
