Kelly Dillon was very helpful in getting a long drawn out sale completed. After she joined the company a short time ago she did everything she could to finally enable the sale to go through.

Since June I have sent countless complaints to Francis Stuart about a roommate that leaves a mess in the toilet and blast music / videogames until three in the morning. The company have essentially done nothing. The only reason this is not a one star review is because it seems Ben wants to genuinely help but has his hands tied.
Francis Stuart letting agency has been so wonderful in finding me a home and the staff is very kind and understanding, especially Abbi N who has been very quick to respond and helpful whenever I had any questions and solved issues for me quickly, I could not be happier that I chose this company to find a place to rent. Ben B has also been extremely helpful with the move and quick to communicate.
