Been a client for almost 2 years, and always paid our invoices on time however recently noticed there was a %20 increase on our invoice that we have never agreed to or been informed about. Raised a dispute and provided the evidence with two invoices however they continuously avoided the main question, Didn't provide any proof, and failed to present the invoices even though it was being promised. Framework Digital provides excellent support for small charities. Having launched a new website at the beginning of the pandemic with a very novice team from Buckinghamshire Gardens Trust, Framework Digital staff have shown patience, a willingness to provide step by step instruction and encouragement at every stage.
