I somehow missed the fact I ordered plastic instead of glass, so I'm just going without, but the frame and mat are perfect, arrived quickly. Site is easy to navigate (but pay attention to the glass part, lol!)
I was expecting it to come with matting ( their web site is very clear that it may or may not have a mat , this could be easily addressed so the buyer is aware). So I contacted First Frames and they provided me a simple off white mat. Unfortunately they did not offer any other choices. This is where I think they could/should have done better.
