The frame itself is nice but I hated the flimsy "styrene" that it came with instead of glass. The styrene is too thin and flexible to be perfectly flat, which produces an obvious visual distortion. It just looked cheap. Fortunately, I was replacing an old 16x20 frame with a glass pane, so I just swapped out the styrene for the glass I had on hand. I'm happy with how it looks now, but I probably wouldn't order another large frame from Frame USA. I'd consider ordering one of their smaller sizes that ship with glass.
Arrived in a timely fashion, The frame I got was a little light weight but okay, and one of the corners was a little dinged in transit, but I was able to fix it.

Arrived in a timely fashion. One of the corners had split, which isn't surprising given the size of the thing. I just shoved it back together and put super glue on it, and it was fine.
Fast, affordable and perfectly sized. Great quality, too! Will definitely use for future projects.
The plastic “glass” is opaque rendering these all useless. I have to go somewhere for glass or vinyl now.

This frame is the answer to my dark-background paintings. However, please take more care to join the corners a little better as some have a very little gap.

So glad to find this simple elegant style. Sometimes a simple narrow gold frame is extremely difficult to find. Granted, these are rather lightweight frames. That being said, they are perfect for their purpose. I generally provide my own nonglare acrylic, just as a personal preference.
